Andaman Yachting does not accept any liability for non-availability or delay due to adverse weather or due to events outside its control. If Andaman Yachting should be responsible for any non-availability or delay lasting more than 24 hours, clients will be reimbursed pro-rata for the time lost. However, Andaman Yachting does not accept any liability for any other loss or expense, or for damage of any nature that may be suffered by a client or any other party due to any non-availability or delay howsoever this may be caused.
